Frank Roccanova is a retired partner of Spano Roccanova Retouching, which was the first retouching studio in Manhattan to go digital in 1989. Spano Roccanova provided services to every leading advertising agency and publishing company in the country.

Frank RoccanovaFrank got his real education on the streets of Bensonhurst, Brooklyn. He also studied art at School of Visual Arts, where he graduated with a degree in advertising in 1965. He became an art director and creative director at Saks 5th Avenue and numerous other advertising agencies.

Upon retirement, Frank pursued fine art photography, painting, drawing and sculpting and still creates advertising campaigns and design work for a select clientele. He is the Vice Chairman of a local East Hampton New York television station - LTV, Channel 20. Frank has directed and produced TV programming and is a filmmaker whose documentary appeared in the Hamptons Film Festival. Frank has enjoyed teaching over the years and hopes to continue with the children of Nicaragua.

Livingston Pope Noell III was raised in south Texas and attended St. Stephen's Episcopal School in Austin. He graduated high school in 1964, attended Texas A & I in Kingsville in 1965-1966 and attended Memphis State University. From 1966-1970 he served his country in the United States Marine Corps.

Pope has led a colorful life. The Marine Corp led to fishing jobs up and down the East coast, where Pope ultimately developed a successful construction business and settled on the East End of Long Island where he maintains a permanent residence. In the summer of 1999, Pope began dabbling in abstract murals, primitive art, and tree sculptures. He began showing in art galleries, was well reviewed, and has enjoyed an acclaimed career. During the winter of 2006 and 2007, Pope realized that his true calling in life was the service of others, and he is dedicated to the cause of under-privileged children. Pope was and remains the driving force and guiding light for Una Escuelita .

John G. Serpico is an attorney with his own law practice in Brooklyn, New York (Serpico, Serpico & Siddiqui, PC). The practice focuses on estate planning, real estate and corporate law. John is the Board Secretary who maintains the organization's legal and financial affairs. John presently lives in both New York City and Amagansett.

Like Frank, John was raised in Brooklyn, New York. John graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in 1982 and the Villanova University School of Law in 1986. John has always had an interest in art and teaching and when approached by Frank to join the board, John was eager to become a part of such a wonderful endeavor.
